提起 巴黎 十三區 大部份人都只會聯想到
China Town  吃越南菜 買燒鴨 ...

但很少人會想到與十三區共鄰的一條街 
是十四區的 Rue de Senté
那兒有一很出名的 市內監獄
Maison d'arrêt de la Santé  (1867)

內面分成 四個 BLOCK
Block A : western european
Block B : black african
Block C : Magbreb
Block D : rest of the world

Prison de La (rue de la) Santé was founded in 1867
by architect Emile Vaudremer.
Its name came from the street where the main gates are,
the street itself earning that name because of
its proximity to hospital Sainte-Anne
(which was one of the main psychiatric hospitals of Paris)...
